Software Licence

This Software Licence applies to the software parts of Radarline: the TradingView scripts (indicator and strategy), the News Radar desktop app, the Axiom companion browser extension, and any other software we provide (together, the Software). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Licence

When you unlock a Tier, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the Software included in that Tier, for your own trading and research, for the life of the product as defined in the Terms. You may install the desktop app and extension on devices you personally use.

2. What you may not do

  • share, lend, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise make the Software, your Key, your Account or your script access available to anyone else;
  • copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the Software, except as the law expressly allows;
  • decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or try to extract source code, model weights, parameters or protected logic from the desktop app, extension or our servers;
  • remove or alter any notices, branding or licence checks, or bypass any access control;
  • use the Software to build a competing product, or to run a paid or public signal service;
  • use the Software in breach of any law or the terms of TradingView, Axiom or any other platform.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights, title and interest in it.

4. Updates, activation and licence checks

We may release updates, which may be required for continued use. The desktop app and extension check with our servers that your Account is active; they send your Key, the app name and a device identifier, not your personal files or trading data.

  • Each Key can be activated on up to 2 computers for the desktop app and up to 2 browsers for the extension. You can remove devices from your dashboard a limited number of times each month; contact us if you need more.
  • Each download of the desktop app is registered to the Account that downloaded it. Copies found in someone else's hands can be traced to that Account.
  • TradingView scripts are for use on your own TradingView account only. Every copy you take from your dashboard is stamped with your licence ID and with hidden marks unique to that copy, and we keep a record of each copy (when and from which IP address). A copy found in someone else's hands can be traced to the Account that made it. You must not remove or alter the licence or these marks.
  • We monitor for signs of shared access (such as unusual numbers of locations or devices) and may suspend access under the Terms if an Account is being shared.

5. Third-party components

The Software may include open-source components, which are licensed under their own terms.

6. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach it or the Terms, or if your access is ended under the Terms. When it ends you must stop using the Software and delete the desktop app and extension.

7. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided under the disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Terms, subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
