Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how [Your full legal name or company name] trading as Radarline (we) collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and where they apply to you, other privacy laws such as the GDPR.
1. What we collect
- Account details - your email address, when you joined and last signed in.
- Purchase details - what you bought, when and for how much. Card details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us.
- Access details - the Keys you redeemed (stored in a form that can't be read back), your TradingView username and access status (if you link one), a record of each TradingView script you copy (when and from which IP address), and licence checks from the desktop app or extension.
- Tool usage - wallet addresses you choose to follow, and the token addresses you scan (scans are processed temporarily and are not stored against your account).
- Messages - what you send us through the contact form or email.
- Technical data - IP address and basic request data, used for security, rate limiting and preventing abuse, including detecting shared accounts.
- Device activations - a one-way identifier for each computer or browser where you activate the desktop app or extension, its name (for example your PC's name) and when it was last used, so your Key can be limited to your own devices.
- Records of actions - an audit log of purchases, key redemptions and account changes, kept for security and dispute handling.
We don't collect government identifiers, and we never ask for passwords, seed phrases or private keys.
2. Why we use it
- to create and run your account, sign you in, and deliver what you bought (including granting TradingView access);
- to process payments, refunds and disputes, and keep business and tax records;
- to provide support and send service emails (for example, sign-in links, receipts, Keys and important changes);
- to keep the Services secure, prevent fraud, key sharing and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
- to improve the Services, using aggregated information that doesn't identify you;
- to comply with law.
We will only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to run the Services, with:
- Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting) and our database host [Neon or Supabase - confirm];
- TradingView - only if scripts are delivered as invite-only scripts: we enter your TradingView username in TradingView's access list for them;
- data providers (for example Solana RPC providers, DexScreener, RugCheck and Jupiter) - we send them the public token or wallet addresses needed to answer your request, not your email or name;
- professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.
We don't sell personal information.
4. Overseas disclosure
Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect personal information to a standard consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
5. How long we keep it
- Account information - while your account is open, then deleted when you close it (unless we need to keep something for the reasons below).
- Purchase and tax records - at least 5 years, as Australian tax law requires. When you delete your account, these records are kept but no longer linked to your email.
- Security logs - up to 2 years.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, keyed hashing for access Keys, one-time sign-in links, rate limiting and access logging. No system is perfectly secure; if a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as the law requires.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can see your account details on your dashboard.
- You can delete your account from your dashboard at any time.
- You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing dashlawson718@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
- If you are in the EU or UK you also have rights to object, restrict processing and data portability.
8. Cookies
We only use cookies needed for the site to work. See our Cookie Policy.
9. Children
The Services are for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
10. Complaints
