Pricing questions
Is it really a one-time payment?+
Yes. You pay once and keep access to your tier for the life of the product, including updates to that tier. There is no subscription. 'Lifetime' is defined in the Terms of Service.
How does upgrading work?+
Buy the higher tier from this page while signed in and you only pay the difference - for example Scout to Navigator is $260. Upgrade keys are tied to your account.
How do I receive what I bought?+
A one-time access key arrives by email the moment payment clears. Paste it on the Unlock page to open your tier, then copy your TradingView script from your dashboard into TradingView.
Can I share or resell my key?+
An unused key can be given to someone else once. After it's redeemed it's tied to that account. Sharing account access or script access breaks the licence and can lead to a ban without refund.
What if it doesn't work for me?+
Tell us. If the product doesn't do what we describe we'll fix it, or refund you where the law requires. We can't refund because of trading losses or because markets moved against a call. See the Refund Policy.
Which markets does Scout cover?+
The 15 markets listed below. On any other symbol the indicator shows a notice instead of calls.
