Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (Terms) are an agreement between you and [Your full legal name or company name] (ABN [ABN - apply at abr.gov.au]), trading as Radarline, of Western Australia, Australia (we, us, our). They cover your use of the Radarline website, your account, and every product we provide, including the Radarline AI indicator and strategy scripts for TradingView, the News Radar desktop app, the Solana token scanner, the Axiom companion browser extension and wallet copy signals (together, the Services).

Please read them carefully, together with our Risk Disclosure, General Advice Warning, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Software Licence, which form part of these Terms. By creating an account, ticking the box at checkout, redeeming a key or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

Important: nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a clause would do that, it applies only to the extent the law allows.

1. Key definitions

  • Account - the account you create by signing in with your email address.
  • Tier - one of the product levels described on our Pricing page (currently Scout, Navigator and Command).
  • Key - a single-use access code that unlocks a Tier when redeemed on the Unlock page.
  • Output - anything the Services produce, including BUY / SELL calls, confidence levels, stop-loss and take-profit levels, position sizes, risk scores, momentum readings, wallet signals, alerts and dashboards.
  • Third-Party Platforms - services we don't control that the Services rely on or work with, including TradingView, Axiom, the Solana blockchain, Stripe, and market data providers.

2. Who can use the Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must not use the Services if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive Australian, United Nations, United States or European Union sanctions, or where using the Services or the markets they relate to would be unlawful for you. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.
  • You must give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.

3. What the Services are - and what they are not

The Services are software and general information tools. They analyse public market and blockchain data using technical indicators, statistical models and rules, and display the results.

  • Not financial advice. Output is general information only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and is not a recommendation that any particular trade, product or strategy is suitable for you. See the General Advice Warning.
  • Not a broker, exchange or wallet. We do not execute trades, hold or transmit money or crypto-assets, operate an exchange, or have access to your trading accounts or wallets. We will never ask for your passwords, seed phrases or private keys.
  • No fiduciary relationship. We do not act on your behalf or owe you any fiduciary duty. Every trading decision, and its outcome, is yours alone.
  • Independent. Radarline is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TradingView, Axiom, Solana, pump.fun, Jupiter, DexScreener, RugCheck or any exchange or broker.

4. No guarantee of accuracy or results

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Output is probabilistic and frequently wrong. A call that is right slightly more than half the time in testing is still wrong very often, and losing streaks are normal.
  • Any performance figures we publish (for example, hit rates measured on historical data the model had not seen) are historical, hypothetical or backtested. They have inherent limitations, may not reflect trading costs, spreads, slippage or liquidity, and do not predict future results.
  • Markets change. A model or rule that worked in the past may stop working without warning, including on the markets, symbols or timeframes you use.
  • Output can be late, incomplete, stale or incorrect because of data errors, delays, outages, chart settings, symbol differences between data feeds, bugs, or changes made by Third-Party Platforms.
  • Calls shown while a candle is still forming (if you enable that setting) can appear and disappear before the candle closes. Levels such as stop losses and take profits are guides only; your broker or venue may fill you at a different price.
  • Rug-risk scores and token checks are estimates from public data. They can miss risks, including risks that are new, hidden, off-chain or deliberately disguised. A low score does not mean a token is safe.
  • Wallet signals reflect other people's past on-chain transactions. By the time you see a signal, prices may have moved, the trader may have exited, and the trader may be trading in ways you cannot see (including manipulation). Copying a trader does not mean you will get their price or result.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for any losses. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

5. Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep your email account secure - anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
  • Each account is for one individual. You must not share your account, and you are responsible for activity on it.
  • Tell us straight away at dashlawson718@gmail.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

6. Prices, payment and taxes

  • Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where GST applies. [Confirm GST registration status.]
  • Each Tier is a one-time payment, not a subscription. You won't be charged again unless you choose to buy another Tier or upgrade.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card details.
  • An upgrade costs the difference between the price of your current Tier and the new Tier at the time you upgrade.
  • We may change prices at any time. Changes don't affect purchases already completed.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion fees or bank charges that apply to you, and for the tax treatment of your own trading.

7. Keys

  • After payment you receive a Key by email. Each Key can be redeemed once. Once redeemed, it is tied to the Account that redeemed it and cannot be moved.
  • An unredeemed Key bought at full price may be given to another person once. Upgrade Keys (bought at the difference price) only work on the Account that bought them.
  • Keys have no cash value and cannot be resold, listed for sale, or exchanged for money.
  • We may cancel a Key, or the access it unlocked, if it was obtained through fraud, a payment that was reversed, refunded or charged back, a pricing error, or a breach of these Terms.
  • Keep your Key private. We are not responsible for a Key that is lost, leaked or used by someone else before you redeem it, except where the law says otherwise.

8. What "lifetime access" means

"Lifetime" means for the life of the product: you keep access to the Tier you bought, including updates we release for that Tier, for as long as we continue to operate and provide that product. It does not mean for your lifetime or forever. If we decide to permanently discontinue a product you paid for, we will give you at least 60 days' notice by email and, where the ACL requires, provide an appropriate remedy. Features may change over time as described in section 15.

9. Licence to use the Services

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable price, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Services included in your Tier for your own trading. Details, including restrictions, are in the Software Licence. In particular you must not:

  • share, sell, rent or give access to your Account, your TradingView scripts (including their code), or the Services to anyone else;
  • copy, redistribute, publish, resell or commercially exploit Output (for example, running a paid signal group from it), other than sharing occasional screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes with credit to Radarline;
  • decompile, reverse engineer, extract or attempt to extract source code, model weights or protected logic, remove or alter the licence stamp in a script, or circumvent any access control;
  • use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the website or our APIs beyond normal use, or overload or interfere with the Services;
  • use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, fraud, or launching or promoting scams.

10. TradingView

The indicator and strategy are delivered as Pine Script code that you copy from your dashboard into your own TradingView account. Each copy is licensed to you only and is stamped to your Account (see the Software Licence). If you share a copy, or your access ends (for example after a refund or chargeback), we may suspend or end your Account and your access to the Services, without a refund where the law allows. We may later deliver the scripts as invite-only scripts on TradingView instead; if so we will tell you how to switch. You must have a TradingView account and follow TradingView's own terms and rules. TradingView may change, limit or remove features, scripts or accounts at any time; if that affects the Services we will use reasonable efforts to provide an alternative, but we are not responsible for TradingView's decisions.

11. Solana tools, the Axiom companion and wallet signals

  • These tools read public blockchain and market data through third-party providers, which may be delayed, rate limited, inaccurate or unavailable.
  • The Axiom companion extension only reads the page address to identify a token and displays our Output. It does not click, trade or access your Axiom account or wallet. Your use of Axiom is governed by Axiom's own terms, and you are responsible for making sure your use of any extension complies with them.
  • Wallet signals are alerts about public transactions. We do not place trades, copy trades automatically, or hold funds.
  • Crypto-asset transactions are irreversible. Scams are common. We will never message you first asking for funds, keys or to "verify" a wallet.

12. Third-Party Platforms

The Services depend on Third-Party Platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees, changes, security or conduct, and your use of them is subject to their terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.

13. Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or end your access (including removing TradingView access and cancelling Keys) if you breach these Terms, share or resell access, reverse a payment or make a chargeback, act fraudulently or abusively, or if we reasonably need to for legal, security or risk reasons. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
  • If access is ended because you breached these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund except where the law requires one.
  • You can close your Account at any time from your dashboard. Closing it ends your access; it is not a refund request.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4, 9, 16-19 and 21) continue to apply.

14. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which sits alongside your rights under the ACL. Trading losses, missed profits, or markets moving against Output are not faults in the Services.

15. Changes to the Services and these Terms

  • We improve the Services over time. We may add, change or remove features, models, settings, markets, data sources or integrations.
  • We will not deliberately remove the core purpose of a Tier you have bought (for example, the AI indicator in every Tier). If a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you and, where the ACL requires, offer a remedy.
  • We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or on the website. Continuing to use the Services after the change takes effect means you accept the new Terms.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to your rights under the ACL, the Services and all Output are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, representation or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, profitability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the ACL:

  • we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, revenue, opportunity or data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, however caused (including by negligence), arising from or connected with the Services or Output;
  • our total liability to you for all claims arising from or connected with the Services is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; and
  • where our liability for failing to comply with a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited (at our choice) to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify us against any loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal costs) we suffer arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or Output, or your breach of any law or third-party right, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.

19. Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own all rights in the Services, including the software, scripts, models, weights, designs, text, logos and the Radarline name. Except for the licence in section 9, no rights are granted to you. If you send us feedback or ideas, you let us use them freely without obligation to you.

20. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

21. Disputes and governing law

  • If you have a problem, contact us first at dashlawson718@gmail.com. We will try to resolve it within 30 days.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and courts able to hear appeals from them.
  • This does not stop you using a consumer protection agency, ombudsman or tribunal available to you, or relying on consumer laws of the place you live that cannot be excluded.

22. General

  • Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of Third-Party Platforms, blockchain congestion, internet failures, or government action.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it is read down or severed and the rest continues to apply.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing a right straight away doesn't mean we give it up.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor business, provided your rights are not reduced.
  • Notices. We may send notices to the email address on your Account. You can contact us at dashlawson718@gmail.com.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
